Harmen is one of those few pro's who is able to listen to somebody else's vision and then put that idea into something special using his own visual talents, while still being able to adapt when asked for. Het afgelopen decennium speelde Han in de grote zaal met Kindred Spirits Ensemble, Jack Dynamite Construction, Lex Empress & the Royals (samen met HLG bassist Eric Calmes)

In de bovenzaal speelde Han er diverse keren met Flowriders, Scallymatic Orchestra, JDC, Kc the Funkaholic, dance jams met o.a. Lex Empress, Cassie 6 en vele andere groepen en/of jams.
